My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We tried to sell the property two different times to no avail. A couple of months ago, we received a card from Jeff Lott and decided to try this one more time. We agreed on a reasonable price and within a short time Jeff had an an offer for our property. The timing was right and we were happy to proceed with the sale. Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move. We will definitely seek to work with Seth when it comes time to purchase property.

We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup.
