We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. When choosing an agent, we had a vast many that my husband and I knew personally. We decided to work with Mandy because of her hard working, go getter personality. If you are looking to sell quickly, call Mandy. In 2 days, she had our house listed and sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Kirk & I would highly recommend Mandy for your selling needs. She’s truly gifted in this profession.

Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move. We will definitely seek to work with Seth when it comes time to purchase property.

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic.
